Some cohorts elect to also celebrate with awards at graduation. This is entirely optional but can make for a fun and celebratory addition to the graduation agenda. Most often, we see 'superlative' style awards that are impactful, but not all that serious. Below are some potential ideas to consider should any resonate with your team.
